Eric Lichaj is a professional football who represents Hull City FC and the United States national squad. He is a dedicated professional and always applies himself fully to maximising his ability. This shows by the way that he plays with intensity!
Like all professional athletes, he has had his share of injuries. He continues to play to a high level by religiously following strict prehab protocols, putting the time in in the gym and receiving regular soft tissue massage treatment.

I first met Eric when I started my work with the Nottingham Forest FC first team. He was a fantastic player to work with due to his diligence for making sure he was always in top physical condition. His treatment table banter, helped add to that!
After I left my position at Nottingham Forest, I still saw Eric regularly for sports massage at my clinic in West Bridgford, Nottingham. He was a big believer in sports massage to help him recover and prepare for games.
