The Functional Movement Screen (FMS) is a screening tool used to evaluate seven fundamental movement patterns. The screen is designed to place an individual in extreme positions where movement deficits become noticeable if appropriate stability and mobility are not used.
This evaluation tool may be extremely valuable to highlight areas of weakness that lack control.
Additional screens may be included based the individuals sporting demands.
The results will be analysed, and a full report delivered, complete with recommendations to address areas for improvement.
