The clinic is based at 85 Melton Road in the fantastic leafy area of West Bridgford in Nottingham. With a rich sporting and active culture, West Bridgford is the perfect location for Central Therapy to base it’s Nottingham branch of the business. Along with Central Therapy, the clinic houses chiropodists, podiatrists, & Donna Taylor who also provides sports massage therapy.
If you are not local to Nottingham, Central Therapy also has clinic located in Melton Mowbray and Lowdham.

Although the brand ‘Central Therapy’ is fresh, Alex has been providing sports massage in Nottingham for over 7 years and has built a solid client base ranging from office workers and recreational athletes, to elite professional athletes.
Alongside his sports massage in Nottingham, Alex now also offers rehabilitation programs, and fitness & strength training – catering for all, but with a personal bias for helping people to boost their running technique and performance through individual, targeted strength programs.
Some services cannot be conducted at the West Bridgford base in Nottingham due to equipment/facilities needed. But, just a short distance away in Lowdham, Central Therapy has a therapy and fitness studio that facilitates all services offered.
