Based in Melton Mowbray & West Bridgford, Nottingham, Alex is a highly experienced Sports Therapist with over 15 years in the industry. His career has seen him work with a wide range of organisations & clients:
- Former Lead Soft Tissue Therapist at Nottingham Forest Football Club.

Working with UK Athletics at Loughborough National Performance Centre and International Events and Training Camps.
- Head Sports Therapist at Future Elite Football Academy
- Established private practice, consulting office workers with back pain, weekend warriors, and people who have been experiencing chronic pain issues that they have been unable to resolve.
- Associate Lecturer at the University of Lincoln, assisting a range of examinations and taught practical sessions on both the BSc & MSc Sports Therapy programs.
With clinics in Melton Mowbray, West Bridgford, & Lowdham, Alex has a passion for helping people with pain and injury. A well rounded Sports Therapist, Alex utilises his skillset to provide thorough assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation pathways to help people reduce their pain and restore function.
