Matty Cash is a professional football who applies his trade in the English Premier League with Aston Villa Football Club.
I have known Matty for a long time, ever since his days in the academy at Nottingham Forest Football Club. He always showed great potential with his athleticism and his committed, positive attitude to developing his game. It is great to see him now achieving his potential in the Premier league!

I first worked with Matty Cash when he was recovering from a sports injury in the academy. I provided fairly regular soft tissue therapy, consisting of advanced sports massage techniques, assisted stretching and mobilisation techniques.
Since leaving the club I have continued to work with him privately, helping him to prepare his body for the rigors of professional football and to reduce his injury risk via tailored soft tissue interventions, joint mobility and sports massage work.
He is always a pleasure to spend time with and at Central Therapy we wish him all the best with his bright future!
